Introduction
This document describes how information is collected, used, stored and shared on rosh‑moledet.co.il. It is aligned with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981), Amendment 13 (effective August 2025), and the Privacy Protection (Information Security) Regulations (2017).

What we collect
This is a static brochure site. We do not store user data on company servers. The only data collected is:
1. Anonymous usage analytics (Plausible Analytics)
- What is collected: total page views, referrer, screen size, country (not city), browser, OS.
- What is not collected: full IP addresses (Plausible hashes them immediately), cookies, persistent user IDs, personally identifiable information (PII).
- Purpose: understand traffic sources and improve content.
- Retention: 24 months, subject to Plausible’s policies.
2. Cloudflare security logs
- What is collected: visitor IPs, HTTP request metadata, traffic signatures — solely for protection.
- Purpose: infrastructure protection, DDoS mitigation, malicious-bot filtering.
- Retention: per Cloudflare’s policy (typically up to 30 days).
3. Messages you send via WhatsApp
The site offers a wa.me/972505511185 link. Any message sent via this link goes directly to the business owner’s WhatsApp account. The data does not pass through the site’s servers and is not stored by us. Handling of these messages is subject to WhatsApp / Meta’s privacy policy.

Purpose of use
- Improvement: understand which content is useful to visitors.
- Security: prevent attacks and protect data.
- Communication: respond to enquiries you initiate via WhatsApp, phone or email.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law and recent amendments, you have the right to:
- Access any PII held about you — if any exists.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Erase information (“right to be forgotten”) — subject to legal data-retention obligations.
- File a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

Information security
The site is served over HTTPS using a Cloudflare SSL certificate. There are no forms on the site that store data on company servers. All user-initiated messages flow through WhatsApp, phone or email.
