Nature of the site
This site is purely informational, presenting information about Rosh Moledet Ltd, projects it has completed, and the services it offers. There is no online ordering, no automated pricing system, and no online binding agreements.
Any contact initiated via the site (phone, WhatsApp or email) begins a preliminary communication only. Quotes, schedules, or scope-of-work descriptions are not binding until both parties have signed a written contract.
Copyright and intellectual property
- Project photographs on the site are the property of Rosh Moledet Ltd and/or its clients. Their appearance here is licensed or by consent. They may not be copied, published, distributed or displayed elsewhere without explicit written consent.
- Texts, design and logo on the site are the property of Rosh Moledet Ltd.
- Client names shown on the site (Hebrew University, US Embassy, Ministry of Health, etc.) are presented as proof of experience, with the consent of the relevant clients.
Company liability
- We make ongoing efforts to keep the site up to date, but make no guarantee of full accuracy at any given time.
- Information about projects and locations may be partial or placeholder until client approval. Where this is the case, it is clearly marked on the site.
- The site is provided “as is”. Rosh Moledet Ltd is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from its unavailability.
User obligations

- Not scrape the site programmatically without written consent.
- Not impersonate the company, its employees, or its rights-holders.

Governing law and venue
Use of the site, and any dispute arising from it, is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent court in the Central District of Israel.
